CSi is one of the few specialty and general contractors that self-performs significant portions of our projects with our own highly skilled employees. Because we self-perform, CSi employees are continuously increasing their skills and earning potential.

We value independence.

We don’t micro-manage our employees. Crews have robust project management and jobsite support teams, but we depend on self-reliant self-starters in the field to get work done.

Since 2017, CSi has been employee-owned. CSi became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to preserve CSi’s legacy as an independent company and to reward the employees responsible for CSi’s success while providing for their future employment and the company’s long-term sustainability.
